We are still enjoying the windows and thanks to you for processing it all so smoothly and to your team of men – Mark, Alex and Nick for doing such a great job. We couldn’t believe how quickly they worked and to get it all done in one day was simply great. They did not leave a trace behind them either – so many thanks for doing such a great job and a tidy job. Alex and Nick were a pleasure to have around – friendly and good humoured – from the start they gave me complete confidence that they were professional and skilled. We will recommend you to others who need a professional and slick job doing.

I also have to say how absolutely delighted I am with everything! It all looks so good and fresh and bright. I love love love my front door! It’s so gorgeous! I’m really thrilled with the bay window too and the work Nick did with the lead is amazing! He’s very talented! As I said before both Nick and Alex were great and I really enjoyed having them around.

We just wanted to say thank you to Mark and the boys for coming last week to fit our new windows and doors. They worked really hard to ensure everything was just right. We especially appreciated how tidily they worked.

We are delighted with the windows and doors and, together with the sofits and guttering, have really transformed the look of our house inside and out.

Nick is a real credit to Alpha’s customer service, not only in his manner, conduct and professionalism but also in the superb job he was done. I exepcted some small residual damage to the surrounding area by removing and fitting the new windows but he left both area’s exactly as he found them.

I’m not one to usually offer such personal feedback but felt that in Nick’s case it was more than deserved.

We are very please with the window (it has made such a difference) and the service. This has been a very easy process for us.

Nick did a great job fitting and cleaning up after
himself – if it wasn’t for the two new doors we are very pleased with, you
wouldn’t have known anyone had been here.

A big thank you to the workmen fitting our windows over the last couple of days. They were clearly tricky to replace, but all of your workers were lovely and professional.

The chap this evening left at 19:30!!! But didn’t grumble once! We were most impressed.

The finish of the windows inside and out is immaculate. The key factor for us is the quality of product and design and installation, but on top of that the price was also very reasonable. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I just wanted to say we are very pleased with the windows and the excellent service you provided. The guys arrived very promptly, beating our builders; the installation went like a dream and was very quick and efficient.
